Approach

Human centered design mean observe and understand why you are thinking and designing something. In this approach are important the users and the ways they will use a product. The human centered design is a way to collect informations useful to create innovation and integrate the needs of people. The designer is no more "an artist" but a "thinker" that like an anthropologist explores the human behaviors and actions. He develops products, services, processes and strategies. Operating with this philosophy, he uses a mix of analytics tools that let to know habits, process and problems of the user and let him drive innovation.
